Back to school for us means driving past Roots Market everyday. I love a specialty food store and it is safe to say that I LOVE this place. I picked up a number of items after the morning commute today including, but not limited to, savory tofu, lentil soup, falafel (for me), and calendula spray for my dads skin during radiation treatment. I am hoping that he will enjoy some of the items purchased with him in mind and if so there will be pics to follow!
